We are currently limiting our site visits if they are not of an urgent nature. Instead we are asking that customers provide us with as much information as possible (photos, inspection reports, drawings and/or measurements) so we can provide a rough estimate. If a site visit is deemed necessary, it can be arranged under the following conditions:

If the visit is to view the exterior of the property only
If the property is currently unoccupied
If property is occupied, customers and occupants must not have travelled within the last 14 days or be displaying any symptoms of illness
Customers must sanitize interior areas to be checked before BSE’s arrival
Customers and BSE Enterprises representative will adhere to social distancing requirements
BSE Enterprises will wear proper PPE Equipment (gloves, mask and eye protection)
BSE Enterprises will sanitize footwear before entering property
If site visit is to view only the exterior of the home that is an ideal condition

PRECAUTIONS FOR WORK TO BE COMPLETED

If work is to be completed by BSE Enterprises, the ideal situation for our employees is to work inside an unoccupied property or on the exterior of a building. If our team is required to work inside, the same rules listed under Request for Quotations and Assessments apply:
